About Us

SAGE 55+ Housing Council attracts the country’s leading experts in market innovations and preferences. The following committees support the Council’s goal of bringing value to Southern California’s home builders and associates that recognize the magnitude of today’s 55+ housing market.

Meet Our Board of Directors

  • Responsible for all marketing communication that supports SAGE 55+ Housing Council activities, including: the Council’s website, marketing materials, year-round programs, SAGE Awards, public relations and social media. Member volunteers are welcome.

  • This committee is responsible for the management and growth of membership and sponsorship. Activities include the recruitment and retention of members, sponsors and SAGE Awards underwriters. It develops and proposes member and sponsor benefits for Board approval, and initiates member/sponsor drives and promotions.

  • This committee plans the monthly education programs. It develops pertinent topics, secures top speakers and oversees program execution. This group is also involved with the Council’s activities at the annual BIASC’s BIS Show and SAGE Awards.

  • Partnering with the Programs/Education Committee and other board members and volunteers, this committee plans and executes the annual SAGE Awards dinner and program. The SAGE Awards honor individuals, projects and programs that have made an outstanding contribution to enhancing the quality of life for California residents age 55+. This first-class event includes a networking cocktail party, gourmet dinner and awards program.
