As the Director of Marketing & Communications for Jamboree Housing Corporation, Marissa Feliciano leads branding and strategic communications across the state. Jamboree, a non-profit affordable housing developer, currently has $1.5 billion in affordable housing projects in its development pipeline and a $3.2 billion asset portfolio that includes 11,000+ homes for over 24,000 working families, seniors, veterans, transitional age youth, and formerly homeless families in California. 

Additionally, she is passionate about lifelong learning and building meaningful relationships, serving as both a mentor and mentee to emerging and established leaders. She is grounded in the vision that lives are transformed by the support and stability of quality housing they can afford. 

Marissa has served on the SAGE 55+ Housing Council Board for 5 years (President, 2023).
